The position will be responsible for building up VCSEL module development and manufacture capability, including module design and process development, volume production line construction. Target market is Automotive LiDAR and 3D sensing for consumable electronic.
Build and develop VCSEL module development team, develop VCSEL module products and phase in volume production. VCSEL module product will include VCSEL array chips, short pulse drivers, and optics
Make VCSEL module product/technology roadmap with marketing and business development team.
Support manufacture team to setup VCSEL packaging module assembly volume production line.
Master’s degree or above. 10+ years’ experience in VCSEL or LED packaging industry.
More than 8 years of management experience in one or more departments such as R&D, production, supply chain, work experience in VCSEL or LED packaging plant is preferred.
Knowledge of VCSEL packaging process, production equipment and production systems, Knowledge of quality control. SMT experience and knowhow is plus.
